Ordering and Payment InformationHow to Order Orders may be placed by one the following methods:
Payment Options We can accept payment by check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), or electronic fund transfer. Institutional Purchase Orders may be mailed, faxed, or emailed to info@incell.com. Product Order Discounts Several discounts are available to customers:
Product Shipments All shipments originate from our headquarters location in San Antonio, Texas. Our preferred shipper is FedEx, but you may choose another carrier if they serve our area in Texas. Media is usually shipped by Standard Overnight or 2nd Day. The cost is prepaid and added to the invoice, or you may choose to give us your account number with FedEx or a shipper of your choice. Our media is shipped with ice packs and must remain cold to be viable. Prices vary due to geographic location, weight of the shipment, and the type of service requested. Please contact us for an estimate. International Shipments of Products International shipments are normally sent on Monday to allow time for transport and customs clearance before the weekend. All international customers must pay the shipping costs in advance. We have a minimum international order size of $500.00 USD. For shipments between $500.00 and $1,000.00 there is a $100.00 processing fee. There is no fee if the order size is at least $1,000.00. Due to export restrictions, we can only export M3 Base™ and M3D™ media (free of animal sera or products), to which you must add locally purchased serum. Service Agreement Deliverables All shipments which have product components as deliverables from services agreements will have similar shipping requirements as those for other INCELL products. Non-product deliverables such as reports will be delivered electronically or via couriers such as FEDEX. All courier and shipping costs, whether local, national or international, are paid by the customer. |
