Description: Detect specific cell biomarkers (cell surface markers, cytokines, etc) expressed by cells in culture using a specific polyclonal or monoclonal antibody and a colorimetric detection method. 8-chamber LabTek slides are seeded with cells and maintained to desired density prior to assessment. All assays are run in duplicate.
